1995 – Natural Leaf Wraps (Whole Leaf)
Royal Blunts’ first product, crafted from whole tobacco leaf, offered a slow, even burn and authentic smoking experience. Its bold, rustic style quickly earned a loyal following and set the tone for the brand.
2000 – EZ Roll Singles
A convenient innovation featuring homogenized tobacco wrappers with no filler. Pre-cut and ready to use, EZ Roll made rolling simple while maintaining a smooth, consistent smoke.
2002 – Factory Built in Tijuana, Mexico
Royal Blunts expanded production by moving manufacturing to Tijuana, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and full in-house control.
2007 – XXL Tobacco Wraps
Extra-large wraps built for longer sessions and bigger fills. With a split-down-the-middle format turning a 2-pack into a 4-pack, XXL quickly became one of the brand’s most iconic products.
2015 – Hemparillo Hemp Wraps
The first non-tobacco line, made from natural hemp, provided a smooth, tobacco-free alternative. Flavorful and reliable, Hemparillo cemented Royal Blunts as a true innovator.
2025 – Blunts N Roses
