Returns

Unopened/unused products may be returned for any reason within 15 days of the delivery date. Reach out to customerservice@newimageglobal.com with the subject “Return Request” and we’ll send you an address to return your items to and the next steps.

To have your return accepted:

– Item(s) must be unused and in original condition

– Item(s) must be in original packaging

– Return must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery date

 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy 

Our flat-rate/free Domestic shipping within the mainland U.S takes 3-10 business days, or up to two weeks, based on location and postal service volume. We use a service that utilizes UPS for initial pick-up and USPS for final distribution and delivery. Tracking sometime lapses for a few days when postal service volume is high! 

If your tracking hasn’t updated within the shipping time-frame, please email Customerservice@newimageglobal.comfor next steps. Please include your order number and your full name.

Cancel my order

We can cancel your order until it is marked as shipped. Please email customerservice@Newimageglobal.com with your order number as soon as possible. While we do our best to accommodate your request, orders are shipped quickly from our fulfillment center and cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be granted.
