Royal Blunts was founded by Stephen Woodson with a passion for innovation and authenticity. Born in Southern California, the brand began its journey in a modest garage, where unique tobacco products were hand-crafted, like our signature whole tobacco leaf dipped in cognac.

From those early days passing out our first batches on the iconic Venice Beach boardwalk, Royal Blunts has grown into a nationally recognized name in the industry. Today, we’re proud to be stocked in convenience stores across the country and to stand alongside legacy brands.

With over 300 dedicated team members based in Tijuana, Mexico, we’re one of the few mid-sized tobacco companies that manage every step of our manufacturing process. This hands-on approach ensures the quality, consistency, and creativity that Royal Blunts is known for.
